June 23rd Highlights
A full contingent of eight foursomes signed up for today’s round. Despite a somewhat threatening forecast, all of us appeared for what turned out to be beautiful golf weather. There were a lot of low scores including 9 birdies and a blistering 37 turned in by Ros Paine. Tom Gannon and Mike Mickelsen also broke 40, each of them shooting 39.
Birdies were scored by Ric Magro on #7, Janice Savitz on #4, Phil Moran on #6, Mike Mickelsen on #1 and #7 (both on putts from the fringe), Dan Willey on #9, John Dwyer on #5, Tom Gannon on #3, and Ros Paine on #8.
Ros Paine also garnered low net with 30. Guy Jarvis shot a net 31. Frank Lim and Dave Sameiro came in at net 32. Tom Gannon, Mike Mickelsen, Phil Moran, and Janice Savitz also broke net par, each with net 34.
